    With tools like that I would rather the owner of them did the job and we can to an arrangement for there time. I dont lend tools and wouldnt expect someone else to.

    If you can't find someone with one and depending on how deep the hole is, I can plug weld it then you can redrill and tap

    Its a peg bracket. New part is less than that.

    Its alloy, im considering just getting the thing welded together as it wont need to come apart again.

    There used to be a guy out by the airbase in whenuapi who was real shit hot at welding alloys, he used to do alot of vw dune buggy stuff. Was a real nice bloke. But I suppose there are heaps of people who can weld alloy now.

    If you want it welded let me know. I did a cracked engine case up for another member last night so he could ride from auckland to wellington today without the risk of it leaking oil all over the place. The only size helicoil kit I have is 10.2mm (odd size, was for a 250cc sparkplug).

    If your interested then give me a PM. This repair only cost him a 6 pack of VB...

    Friend whom works at lawn mower shop put a new heli-core for me but cant tell u size.ring local workshop for price should be only 5 minute job
