    Modified two-strokes?

Are there any shops in NZ that specialise in modifying two stroke engines?
I am currently considering a 125/144 project bike, and would like to modify the engine along the lines of the like or Eric Gorr from the states.

Any companies worth checking and discussing this with? Or am I just better to ship it off overseas?

Why would you send it overseas? There are plenty of twostroke people in NZ that know what they are doing. I don't get it, why is "overseas" seen as the only answer?

most the big bore kits are bolt on these days, their is a cylinder recoating place in Ashburton now, (NZ Cylinders) that can rebore and recoat the barryls for you,

Athena makes nice kits, even the factory yamaha 144 kits were athena i believe,

they sometimes take some jetting changes, when you do them,
