Currently have the following on order and am waiting for it to enter the country.

High spec custom machined competition turbocharger (Triple Ceramic Ball Bearing, good for 500hp)
    Wossner 81mm Forged Pistons (9.1)
    Wossner Chrome Moly Connecting Rods
No Limits Racing boost compensating clutch (custom made)
    APE High Performance Headstuds
    APE Rod Studs
    110psi Oil Pump Gear
    Oil Cooler Eliminator
Heavy duty Gearbox output shaft, shift rods and sprocket
Vance and Hines Drag Spec cam chain
    APE Adjustable cam sprockets
    APE 65lbs Valve Springs
    APE Bronze Valve Guides
    APE Titanium Valve Retainers
    APE Prostreet chain tensioner
    62lbs MPS Fuel injectors
    Custom RCC billet fuel rail
    AEM Alcohol injection kit
Schnitz Racing Heavy Duty Cush Drive Dampener
    .080 Base Spacer
    Cometic Gaskets all round

Big shoutouts of Rob from Boosted Cycle Performance and Team Schnitz Racing for helping me make this build happen.

    Next Upgrades:
    Link G4+ Storm ECU
8 inch over bolt on Swing arm extensions
    Galfer Rotors and lines
    EK Drag Chain
    Supersprox Rear Sprocket

Also if anyones after a power commander and pipercross filter for a Hayabusa Gen 1 then give me a PM. The PCV is capable of making boost referenced maps and comes with a 4bar bosch MAP Sensor.

Probably looking at tearing it down for the motor rebuild around July/August so the bike should hopefully be finished by summer time. Hardest part for me is probably going to be the wiring and setting up the motor to work on the standalone ECU.

Maximum HP for Alc injection is around 320hp on this setup, any higher will require a Liquid/Air intercooler plenum which currently go for 3200NZD and are well out of my budget

Looks sweet. Did you fabricate the exhaust manifold yourself?

Nah I haven't completed the manifold yet. The one I have tacked up is a little bit long and will most likely need a oil scavenge pump as the oil won't drain out of the turbo properly when its not mounted high enough above the sump. Those 2 pictures are from boosted cycle performance on one of his turbo builds. The header is made by Richard from RCC Turbos in Canada.

Once I get the physical turbo I will get to work on my headers and dump pipes. Plan on running a 3 inch dump pipe straight out of the fairing for extra loudness

160hp+ is crazy enough... I wonder what 300hp+ is like

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

You have to make a Ghostrider Auckland motorway edition when it's finished! I want to see some 250kmh+ lane splitting.

I will let you know bro... I will most likely have a switch on the dash for the boost controller to keep it around 8psi for the street and 12 - 15psi for when I get outside of the city limits I will document the build also, rest assured this won't be another "Chaos Rider - GT250 Turbo" thread.

I will leave the ghost rider shit to the professional hoons out there, would rather not write the bike off after all this money is going into it. Mrs didn't speak to me for a couple of days after she found out how much all this shit cost

Also for those considering owning a Hayabusa here is a wicked deal
    http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...-695987634.htm

Needs a revin but for 26,000km its still pretty much mint.
If it was me I would buy it, sell those shit yoshi cans and put the money towards this system

Had a squirt on a 'new model' V-max today, only for about 20 min on the open road, nice power and awesome torque from everywhere, big and heavy I must say, you could feel the weight when you slowed down. Ran it through to the red-line in 4th and, not sure how fast I was going but it was getting along for sure, maybe 240 ? Who knows, it kept pulling like a train. Great motor I won't forget it.

I'll stick with my Gen 2 Busa for now :-)
    Open road meaning race track?

What was it like around corners?

    Bit harsh innit dude?

I saw one doing a perfectly respectable three point turn just the other day.
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon

    New ZX14R Stage 1 turbo kits from RCC. 260hp at 6psi. $5200.
If anyone is serious about getting anything from RCC give me a PM. I know a dealer in Texas which can offer them at a much cheaper cost than what is listed in the above link. He also got me my Wossner gear for $800 less than the local importer can do.

If you are dead serious about going turbo, I can put you on to the right people
