Im running 40 on the road now on the bridg20s which isn't normal for me as I always ran high 20s low 30s on other tyres in the past.
36 34 is what I run in the S20s. Found it gives the best performance and I've done over 5000ks on them with them still looking really good.

I've always run around 24-26psi in rear tyres, and 30 in the front. But race rubber responds to that differently than sports touring.

Stick with 40 psi for the speed runs I reckon.

42psi is the recommended pressure on the tire. Its the oem tires though and I think they have higher speed rating but less grip than the shelf items needing a factory rating of 200mph for some countries.

Oh right, I understand that the OE S20s are a different tyre to the off the shelf items. Even the importer can't find out what those differences are though.

the speed rating wont be a problem...whilst you want good quality tyres its not as if you are gonna sit on your top speed for more than a few seconds

If it is the pressure marked on the tyre that is normally for the maximum speed and maximum load

I certtainly hope Steve is er...cleverer than mistaking the max loaded pressure rating for the suggested.

Suggested coming from the owners manual and all that.

I filed the leading edge of them so they cut air better. Safety first. I wouldn't want to get T boned during the flying.

Fair call. Leave them a little lose so they spin. Would look cool at 300.

    Dear all hyperbike owners,

I have a question. How much did it cost you guys for the 24k service? You know the big one where they rip off the top end and mangle with it.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
