I remember when I first got it anything over 160kph seemed like warp speed. Hopefully I can get another tour in sometime over summer, the open road is where I have had the most fun on it.

I have been house hunting followed by renovating plus on call every forth week this year and use work car as commute. The sad thing is I did the first 1k of the 1700 in the first week.
Im like a part time motorcyclist who only comes out on fine weekends. Might get me a hardly.

No shame in it man. I'm probably not even classed as a motorcyclist at all these days.

You'd look proper cool on a wide glide...If ya grow the hair back of course.

Its almost all back again lol. Ill go for my yearly trim soon.
I have been very busy this year. I managed the first decent ride in months not last weekend but the one before. I was on call again last week.

Wing mirrors removed and pcV on the way for the sprints though. The pcV might not get here in time as its coming with a brocks race map and customs will slow it down I would say.

    Race trim and no trailer.

Nice looking bike. I must say it has grown on me. A guy at work has a metallic green one, I prefer that color.
He still won't drag me off from the lights though, getting sick of trying to pressure him too.

Drag Wars this weekend. Hopefully can get my launch sorted

Only advice I ever got, "Don't let the revs drop, nomatter what"! If the wheel starts to lift, keep it pinned and slip the clutch a bit more. Drop the revs and the wheel will come up and go down repeatedly for the first 50 meters.

I love US Postal services. My Brocks drag tuned PCV is doing more miles than me going around the States in circles.

Very nice looking bike m,no offence to Busa owners but Suzuki needs to take note.

I don't mind the busa look other than the tail end. Theres not the best colour options for them though. Maybe the black or white ones are ok but some years production didn't do a lot for me.

Mine still had the front wheel up at the 300 meter mark in third but never more than 100mm. I didn't want it to come down as I was having to much fun but ran outa ponies for 4th to keep it there at a low height.

Thing is they need to be rid of the rounded styling both at the back and front, that front guard was/is will always be hideous.

The busa is a funny bike. The look does grow on you. Personally I prefer the GenI shape to the GenII. Others are the opposite.

Waiting for a letter from customs atm. Have the fuel system parts for the turbo build at the border. Stay tuned...

Its faster to call them and quote the tracking number unless your hoping they wont bill you for gst. I waited once and only when I called did I get it sorted.

im not ever going to like the look of a busa rear seat. TL1000rs had a black pillow on the back also.
