    Overheard today.

    I'm not normaly one to gossip, but today, while the Welly crew were out visiting. Deanos nana was heard to call MarkNZs Firestorm a "mobility scooter".

    Well done Granny, we'll make a biker outta you yet.

    there were pictures taken to, of granma deano an her 2nd choice of scooter, been out looking at them all day but this ones colour took her eye.

    Yesterday I saw a young fella riding a mobility scooter that they had put a petrol motor in. He must have been doing 30 - 40 kmh ( he was pretty much keeping up with the traffic ) No safety gear of course and if the coppers caught him he would go for a skate but a gold star for resourcefulness

    It's my language and I'll change it as I see fit. Actually my old man had one in UK and it was called a motability scooter on account of the motability scheme it was procured under. But I guess I'm in NZ now so I'll admit I was incorrect on this vary rare occasion.

    Keen for some more motabikaling this Sunday?
