Ah heck I didn't add baking soda to the mix. Forgot that part. Need more glue anyway, runs out quick.

Shot off to the coast for New Years day, did some riding in the Slab Hut Creek area, place is like a maze, 4WD tracks all over the place, some of which are fairly steep and hard work and I wouldn't want to be in there if it was wet

That pretty much sums up every ride I do on the wee GG. Summit about the trials bike which encourages me to keep pushing my riding level.

There is a discussion about trials and riding age on another forum, some riders are in their 80's, most contributors say a similar thing. Still learning, still improving, still riding.
The biggest complaint from the older riders is being knackered after walking the sections.

Two guys on Trials bikes turned up as I was loading up, they'd just been into big river, I could do that on a road bike if I didn't care much about it

I told them about Mt Greenland if they wanted a challenge

Not what I was implying, but it's not a challenging ride by any means

How many times for the weekend? I remember a Dave lying on the track as I came around the hairpin on the Mighty GN
