Amberley Trailride today, after lap one I was quite prepared to go home and sell every bikes I owned after such a shit lap, a 5 year old child on a bicycle would have passed me

Persevered and went out for a second one, changed the map into X Trainer mode (they call it wet mode but I know what they really mean) just through the trees, far better and stuck with Darren who normally pulls away from me on those sections

Swapped it for a KTM500 EXC and found my bike lying on its side a few km later with the rider having lost the front going through a gate on some polythene pipe, rode past laughing and let him pick it up and catch up

    Bought Beer, went home

well actually he is 12 and on a 85cc... but yes he passed yu as you decided to take a more adventuas route... which dident go far LOL

what a great day... 1st time my boy did the full loop (cos he missed the 1st novis turn off) so I loved it...2nd loop and it was even better wee shit was leaving me... 3rd loop (thats right kickaha some of us old cunts can still do 3 laps...

well... i got a wee bit fucked up and face planted the only mud bog in the hole loop... not my best corrective action to under take my kid... then the boys shift leaver slipped off the spline up a steep climb shit a kx85 slipping the clutch to the max is LOUD, fixed that, blasted on round a corner to see my boy looking at me with the bird being held up high... he says " dad, you said id have enough gas for another loop" well that will teach you for leaving the old man behind drowning in a bog.
Tim... mate tims a ATs helper (short old bald prick) stoped and siphoned via a hose petrol from my tank into the boys... fuck me he drank more than went into the 85... talk about old school, syn 2t oil aint cheap Tim... but thanks for your efforts owe you a beer.

I now have the odd one or two, but a 6 pack lasts me a few weeks

Yeah it wasn't the best line but I still didn't fall off in the mud

Well there's been some rain up here. Glad it didn't mess up Berm Buster. Both days were great, really enjoyed the old Gasser. Changed shagged real wheel bearings yesterday. Beta needs a run next.

Sand country ride postponed. But I wasn't going. We have a rolling Trial today. Should be great but lots of wet grass farmland. Taking a new victim along.

    Managed to ride back.

Biggest concern is to convince the missus still ok for sex tonight. So far she thinks it's not broken. Mwahahaha! Control the grimace and, could keep me going like a superman.

A few muddy spots he says.....the main loop was mostly ok but enduro 1 was a slippery mudbath! Made it ok the first time we did it but the second time it was all churned up to liquid death. By the time I looped it out on a nasty hillclimb out of a creek it was time to let a young person with talent help me up with that one! I did enjoy it and better than last year as Kick says. Took an hour and a half to get the worst of the mud off my bike.
