    My solution to sun-strike

Probably been done by 10,000 other bikers. I've been going to do it for about three years ... and finally did about three weeks ago. Works a treat...

Just a strip of insulation tape around the bottom of the visor and I just position the visor in the right place (open of course) to block out the sun when needed. Fine for commuting anyway as I prefer to ride with the visor open.

I have tape along the top and it works fine. For those times when I forget I have an internal visor.

If the internal visor isn't enough, I just tilt my head down and look up, so the helmet shell is blocking the sun... is this really such an improvement?

I've got the tape on the top of the flip down sun visor, just for another variation...

I have a piece of 3M carbon look alike sticker along the top of my visor. A little more classy than the insulation tape, but the same idea.
