The CBTA: Will it actually happen this year?

Looking forward to the CBTA coming out so I can get my full sooner, but I have the feeling it won't happen any time soon despite the "late 2013" announcement. Is anyone in the know about this?

The rider training places (pro rider and rider skills) say December some time.

It's a hard course but very good. 37 different intersections. I think add some defensive riding part to it and it would be the best test out.
What's the point in living if you don't feel alive?

Toying with ones mortality shouldn't be this much fun.

Aren't you talking about the Learners to Restricted course, not the Restricted to Full?
Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

Yes but it shortens the time you sit on your restricted.
