Thumbs down Stolen 2010/11 Triumph Daytona 675 SE

Hey Everyone, my 2010 Triumph Daytona 675 SE was stolen from Taranaki St in Wellington today between 7am and 8.30am was when it was first noticed as not there. This is a rare bike, so will stand out, this is a pic of it, it has blue running lights at the front and a set of Arrow rearsets and Quickshifter to help ID it. The rego number is A2EAJ. If you can spread the word, and let me know if anyone sees it and where, that would be great! Cheers, David.

It was there 7am and gone by 8.30am?
Not taken away for parking or clearway rush time.
Where was it parked on Taranaki st?
I would have thought it would be key code ignition.

ill keep eye open and those colours stand out.Maybe motorcycle clamp down will recover it.

Dave, No! Bugger! I've been looking for an excuse to slowly torture a perp to death. I'll keep my eyes open (but reckon it is probably in bits by now ) and if you ever find the bastard, don't call the cops.

It was parked under a car port at the Fujitsu building on the corner of Martin square and Taranaki st and was parked in a way that would be very hard to move with the key lock on.

I am allowed to park there, and the management didn't do anything with it.

    Thanks.

Assume they didnt get keys.If they are coded idd contact all trump dealers and warn them about people seeking keys for it.

They didn't, I have all keys accounted for. I don't believe they are coded. Guess the rlink alarm / tracking system should have been higher on my list!

Man that sucks! I noticed it parked there last week when my cage was in ABC and thought it was a good place to park unless they opened the door too hard! Long shot but have you thought about asking the petrol station to view any footage as they may have been in there? Unlikely but an empty trailor etc may ring some alarm bells? Good Luck! Also the boys in ABC start early and look directly down the road so may have seen something?

Thanks guys, I thought it would be safe there too! Sadly a friend has already talked to the gas station and the holden dealer who both saw nothing and the cameras don't go past the forecourt. I didn't think of ABC, I will ask them on Monday!

You have my permission to drag them through the river!

Shit man, one of my favourite bikes! Hope you get it back in one piece and the prick that stole it gets each testicle cut off with a rusty knife and packed with shit and then get 15 dirty fish hooks stuck through his dick and tied to the back of gunrunna's Navara.
Rest in peace Tony - you will be missed.

Nice bike mate, they're aren't too many that colour around so let's hope it gets spotted real soon.

Bastards who took it need stringing up!

What would they do to it? Seriously.
Nzs a pretty small place to try to sell with a different paint job or a frame with filed off numbers. Bit of a gamble to steal one to make a track bike out of.
I would ask around any triumph dealers or bike wreckers to see if anyone has been pricing replacement engine parts. Otherwise wander around the pits at the next BEARS race.

Beautiful bike man, I love that blue frame.
Sorry about your loss. Since it is unusual, its harder for theives to part it out and nick it. Though If I was you I'd keep an eye on trademe.
