    Yeah well we have all been there done that...

    The 250cc unit triumphs (BSA's really) can be nice bikes.... but they are usually pretty bad....

    ...I had one...lovely little bike...seized every thirty k's when doing any kind of distance...a cigarette and it was usually good for another thirty k's...best thing that ever happened was someone else fell in love with it and swapped me a Bedford TK with a thirty foot steel trailer for it...I got the better end of the deal by about 4 light years...

    Shit yes...

    Flatted with a guy that had one that he depended on to get to uni on... The number of late night rebuilds to fix wierd harold faults. Eventually we got it semi reliable but lordy lordy it was a evil little thing... Sounded like two calypso steel drums fornicating inside an empty submarine when it ran...
