    The article was published in April 94 so probably compiled mid/late 93. Kaaden died 3rd March 1996

    +1, find it on some bookshop & order it, its worth reading. Heck I might read it again.


    While you are at it get his other book Age of Superheros. Best coffee table book ever, if a sight more expensive, just the photos will have you entrapped.


    Hmm, I though I had a picture of the book saved in KB archive, but I only seem to have found this (which is pretty random, no idea why its there), which is also a good read but aimed at a slightly different target market.
