Are there any trail riding clubs in Canterbury? I'm interested in trying a few different locations out, but need someone to ride with.

That myrides site is cool, I may take the KLX to that ride on the 7th, I wonder if the fuel will last 170km hmm..

I must have missed something, I've re-read that poster over & over, don't see anything about 170km loop. Most loops are around 40km and you'd be fine.

Sorry, was a bit cryptic, I will ride the klx there and then drive round the course, it is about 176km to get there, I see a petrol station at Mt Somers, so should be ok.
