    >>>Deputy Queensland Police Commissioner Brett Pointing, the head of the state-wide Operation Resolve, said most officers had a “limited knowledge” of legitimate motorcycle groups.
“One of the strategies gang members have used is to de-identify themselves straight away and that's meant we've had to undertake many interceptions throughout Queensland,” he said.

those cracker ass boys from the last good gunfight, a) cost too much, b) know too much.

Tptb Start with the easy ones. Thin end of wedge and gradual erosion of liberty clichés.

The media commonly use the term "raid" to describe Police actions. It is an emotive term which implies that the Police:

    arrived suddenly
    entered at speed
used force to smash their way in by breaking down doors etc
forced everyone inside to lie down and handcuffed them all
detained them in that state for some period of time
any or all of the above.

I'm fairly sure from the article about the above "raid" that none of these things happened.

But the club was "raided by Police", so the unknowing assume this and go off on tangents about what they think happened

The Media...they just make stuff up.....like the Coatsville Evening Standard: " the Police today popped in for a chat with Herr Dotcom"
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

What I find disturbing is that the people not only seem to find this acceptable but welcome it.

I suppose it gives the pretend outlaws a bit of an ego boost to go with their cos play.

Goodness knows what they will do with a Ulysses ride.

They have a patch and ride around in groups.

'Apparently' they stop them and check all's credentials but I haven't heard that from anyone first hand.

I've got new Harley test bikes for the next month. Will be interesting to see if I get stopped.
So far the chook chaser hasn't drawn a second glance.

What is it? Seems to be no identification or information about the site and its intent.

Maybe you have to join to see what it's about but that's a no thanks from me.

I take it that under Queersland law, me and a few mates riding to a cafe for a coffee is now considered a dangerous act of sedition that is likely to undermine the safety of the good people of that state. Really?

last time I was there ... there were prolly 300 bikes. all sorts,, there was never any trouble. and the amount of money we spent must of been a lot....
bikers are allways stuffing something down there gob
wonder wot the cops are going to do there.....
if they bust it up.... it will destroy the town
And that is the honest truth your honour..

The forums are part of www.bikeme.tv - my Pal Boris is one of the Gaffers and it's their shot at new Media.

The 'Banger will fit right in. Probably not a good place for Kiwi general politeness anyway.

    No, but it is possible.

Register rides of 12 or more or be stopped.

The govt drove the criminals underground weeks ago. They are probably driving around in unobtrusive cars and in plain clothes - still doing what they do - probably more efficiently.

The only ones left in plain view are the good guys with nothing to hide, yet they are still targeting anyone on a bike in a group.

    Un-be-fucking-leavable.

Leave-able is a good word for Queensland right now. If only the climate wasn't so nice.
