    How were they able to track down and prove it was him, without any registration to go by?
    I am guessing from the bike itself and appearance, matched with any previous issues on similar bikes in the area perhaps?

    Yeah I wonder how they got him since the bike has only a rear license plate and he was aware it was a front-facing camera?
    Mind you this is the UK where they supposedly have CCTV cameras on every street corner...

    19 times at the same camera and all he can do is give it a finger salute . Perhaps after his extended test in a years time he'll be able to do a one handed stoppie whilst flicking the bird.

    OK I get that the guy was stupid but a 25 pound ($50) victim surcharge ?? will the poor speed camera get upset??
