Reckon Alessi should give up on the 1st and 2nd heat races early on never makes it anyway save the energy and just come back for the semi heats which he dose well in might then be able to stay up front in the main. Not that im a fan of his just thing you notice while watching.

he has one a couple of heat races this year, and got the TV time that goes with it, the Crying at round 1 was the highlight,

they are off to Canada for their nationals, instead of the US nationals,

the photos have seen of RC lately look like he is really enjoying retirement, but Everts looks pretty fit still,

Genk is an old school Euro track as well, which RC has never been really good on, so as long as the moto is long, I'll take Everts,

They should be racing at a sand track eg Lommel, Valkenswad , Mill and old school moto's 40 min + 2 laps . That's old school Euro MX for the hard men of MX.

I'm going to the Seattle Supercross (only about 90 miles east from here- with a ferry ride) this Saturday. I'm doing a trial Sunday (in Poulsbo- Villipotos home town) so I get to ride also.

I like going to watch practice and qualifying. You can wander around, see if from different angles/places. Those jumps are nuts!
I've yet to get to the Washugal MX- it's about 5 hours away and often hot and crowded. Maybe this year?

Who know what it will be like, they are claiming nice weather this week (rained today). I was there a few years ago when Windham lapped up to 2nd place!

I agree, teh Practice is a cool thing to watch, and much better to take photos of the riders as you can get close around different parts of the stadium,

I have been to the Washougal National, I was a mechanic for a NZ rider over there so did not really get to see many races, but the park is one of the best i have ever been to, alot of trees for shade, although it does stop you seeing a bit at times, but it was easy to walk around and see different spots,

RV again, he seems to have found his mojo, interesting to see James have 3 or 4 massive moments, he was giving everything to catch RV, and you have to respect that, how on earth he saved that front wheel case on that qaud ill never know, they will would be picking parts of me out of that if it was me, 3 more points needed to wrap it up, also 5 wins this season, be interesting to see who ends up with more wins, RV or JS,

Seely rode well, but Anderson looked like he was trying to throw it away, he needed to back it down a bit,

I can't find the latest race anywhere. There used to be a few guys uploading it to youtube in HD. All I can find is a horrible 360p version.

Might have to wait till slicknick uploads his torrent.

it was mentioned on Racer X, but blown off by RV on the weekend, it went something like I am going to get it checked but I would be suprised that anyone would not have niggles after 15 weekend straight racing,

only something like 6 riders have made every main event this year, from memory its the top 4 (RV, JS, RD and KR) plus Short and Alessi,

How he avoided his face contacting the bar was amazing, that had to have hurt. RV was flying his corner speed is stunning.

My favorite was JS showing how it's not just extreme guys who can ride the front wheel, but SX guys at full race pace.

Your in a rush Scott , it's another two weeks @ Metlife.

    1. James Stewart 39
    2. Ryan Villopoto 38
    3. Justin Barcia 38
    4. Ken Roczen 37
    5. Justin Brayton 31

I'll go on a limb here & say I think Roczen will win it.
