who has had it more than once

About 3 months ago I bought my old bike back a 92 vmax . Now this bike I had previously imported from Japan and had spent time and money making it quicker and it handled heaps better and would stop on a dime , things that yamaha took for granted at the time . My question is , who out there has ever bought their old bike back and why ? My reason is I always loved these bikes sadly I had to sell it as my doctor was telling me to give up riding that thing . And now well what the Hell do doctors know anyways

I have been looking out for my first bike for a while now. Carjam tells me it's deregistered now :-(.

Stopped at a place just yesterday where my old cbr250rr was parked outside of. Appears to have been stolen at least once, dents everywhere, replaced the oem fairings I had painted properly with chinese repsol crap (probably after it was stolen) etc etc. On the positive side it has done an extra 30000km to take it to 130000km! not bad

I test rode my old CB750F about two years after I sold it with the intention of re-purchasing. As it turned out I didn't. It felt like I'd just been to its funeral. It'd been thrashed to within an inch of its life; the engine hardly had any power left, the gearbox was noisy as hell and the seat was ripped to shreds.

Had a little TL125 trials bike, years ago. Sold it to a guy from work for a small profit. Bought it back later for less. Then sold it again, back to the same bloke and made more again!

Strange but true. Wouldn't mind another trials bike to play around on.

Does buying the same model again count, a bit like shagging your wife's sister
