    Excellent!

    Nice stuff....
I can see a Country Calendar episode coming soon...
This will be the definitive ADV guide for New Zealand, I am sure about that...
    Great Stuff Josh...
I am not a fisherman, but tramper, yes, I can see a load of merit for all parties alike here...

Nothing beats video and the real deal....Photos are cool, but this is living it from the couch..

Thanks for your kind words, much appreciated! With the feedback from the website testers I don't think you'll be disappointed with the final result.

    Progress Update:

progress is coming along remarkably well. The point has been reached where over the last week there have been some testers in the new RemoteMoto website reporting predominately positive feedback. We have ramped up into overdrive to address the long list of development items still requiring completion. Carl has joined the team to take on the role of transferring the routes and other content from Adventure Guide across to RemoteMoto. All the routes and huts have now been successfully transferred across, the remaining content should be transferred across over the next few days.

At this stage the proposed release date of the 15th could be achieved if everything falls into place, failing that the end of the month should see the site completed and launched.

Apologies for interrupting a mature, educational & inspirational thread however i can't get past the fact that your website sounds very much like this...

I can’t say that had any influence on the RemoteMoto name selection however I do like MotoMoto’s swagger with the ladies

The RemoteMoto website displays images at 750 pixels wide. Kiwibiker does not allow images of this size and it is simply unfeasible to allocate the time to resize images just for this forum when other forums allow this size and much larger. So out of respect for the Kiwibiker moderators I will not post images here and break the rules. I have instead stated a new thread over on ADVrider with photos of the RemoteMoto action:

I find myself looking at some of the rides and the fishing available and think that would be great to have a go at.
    Thanks for sharing.

I don't fish, but sure would ride to those places just for the hell of it. Beautiful scenery and camping/tramping areas!
Wish I had a job in the South Island for sure...

Hi all, launch is so close I can almost smell it!

The additional development work to the website has blown out far beyond initial project plans. This is primarily due to adding more and more cool new features which isn't actually a bad thing. Anyone familiar with the software development industry will know how projects can blow out, however the good news is we will still stick to the launch date at the end of this month. The bad news is, all the time spent on the extra software development and testing has meant that the uploading of content has not had the time required to have everything up for launch. At this stage the plan is to still launch at the end of this month on the basis that users of the site should be aware that the functionality is now in place but there is still a lot more content to follow.
