You have an adventure bike, I'm sure an aftermarket side stand foot is available by now for your model... no pucking needed.

(and the feet attached to the side stand are awesome)

    Nice work mate

I hope they got a better batch of tyre gauges. I went through 3 of them last year but shit they're handy.

I was with the gentleman who was angry about the contracting system. If its small consolation, he is aware of what RC does do for bikers and had he known it was RC and not just anybody, would have been more open to debate and discussion.

Must get a badge made up for on my uniform so people know when they're talking to me.

Of course, waving a donut would also attract my attention.

On second thought, that'd attract far too much attention from my colleagues, so bad idea.

I waved to your Motard friend as I went past via Motukarara on the way home. Not sure if you saw me.

Believe it or not, he values the fact that you are an enthusiast and have a more learned approach than some of your colleagues might. Not like that redneck Scumdog, wouldnt like to get on his bad side....

A badge would be good. How about the letters Rtc?

You could always say it stands for Road traffic control or something if the "higher ups" question you about it?

It could go next to the one saying DILLIGAF.

That one keeps the bosses guessing.

I'm not involved in his company or business at all, so it doesn't concern me how it all works.

I just promote the www.rideforever.co.nz training, and it links to his company. Not my choice, theirs. I don't care how it's arranged, as long as someone is doing it.

That said, some local authorities i.e. Councils, have Road Safety Co-Ordinators who channel NZTA funding into training, so it'd be worth your while contacting your local council to see if they have any such arrangement down there. Ask to speak to their Road Safety Co-Ordinator.

Other option is to take a 3 day vacation to attend one of Dan's courses.

    Hope this helps.

Cheers that's what I wanted to know so will try to hook up with him as he did say he might try to do a course down this way and to be honest I would rather do it down here with sooooooooooooooooo many looooooooooooooooooovly twisty roads to ride
