Let's talk about drivers who wash their windscreen - while you're behind them

Once again... Riding in the sunset... SUV in front of me just slow down, driver has no sunglasses can't see a thing obviously, and there it goes, once again, full on spray of misty water and bugs killer all over my face and my freshly washed Bike... I beep to him, guy pulls the finger at me...
Wasn't even that close to him... But apparently is my fault, I should have brought a towel on my ride!

Ah, so you think car drivers should only use their window washers when there is no one behind them?

Feck I'd be more worried about the car in front not washing their window and having a prang because of it!

Now rubbish being thrown out of the window/sun roof of the vehicle in front - that pisses me off!

Saw someone toss a cigarette butt out the window at a traffic light next to me once, it landed by my front tyre. Promptly picked it up, projected it towards their open window and took off when the light went green...

Just a curtesy thing to look behind, all is good on a full helmet but flip up make for a nice drink of windows washer. Same goes for the ones that throw cigarettes from cars

No, just adjust the f'in things correctly. It's not that hard.

So you get free washing liquid on your helmet and bike, then complain about it?

    I'm a really helpful Popo.

Coz I ride a motorbike patrol vehicle Im in touch with the environment. If I see someone cast a cigarette butt out the window I pick ut up, ride up next to them and say "Hi, you dropped this" and throw it back in their window.

Haven't had a complaint yet but it's only a matter of time.

An ex used to live down a dead end by a KFC and had little bastards in cars parking up at all hours of the day and night, eating then tossing their rubbish out the window. Neighbour used to rush out and fire all the rubbish back in their window and tell them next time he might 'accidentally' drop a match and some petrol in with it. He was a big bugger so was the right man for the job.

I get pissed off when they throw beer cans out the window. So much time wasted stopping and checking, just to find they are all EMPTY Same with fish and chip paper

Windscreen washing liquid, I can live with. Spray from stock trucks not so nice.

The problem is that they do it when their vehicle is stationary and the jets are set to be most effective at around 80Kph with the associated airflow
