I've always been a grumpy old man. But for the record...we (motorcyclists) wank on about how we hate to be told what to do. You know...lights on...helmet wearing...fluro vests etc etc. So don't you find it incredibly queer if someone thinks a car driver should be told by us when and where they can use their fucking windscreen washers? I mean seriously... I obviously ride bikes and drive cars...but I'll wash my fucking screen anytime I see fit, and I'd expect any other driver to be able to do likewise.

Coz I ride a motorbike patrol vehicle Im in touch with the environment. If I see someone cast a cigarette butt out the window I pick ut up, ride up next to them and say "Hi, you dropped this" and throw it back in their window.

Haven't had a complaint yet but it's only a matter of time.

...when the world was more fun and there were less complaints and and more living going on, we would target our mates who had just cleaned their car, with eggs or pies when they cruised past...it turned from fun to all out warfare for sometime...a bloke put a bigger pump on his windscreen washer system and turned the jets to the side, on his 100E Prefect...his fun was cruising around in the city and soaking people that pulled up beside him with their windows down...that used to fuck people off...

Just to add one more complaint that most would call frivilous.

"Fewer" is used for discrete entities. "Less" is reserved for the continuous e.g. you can have less rain but you can't have less raindrops you can only have fewer raindrops.
"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin (1706-90)

"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending to much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it." - Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)

"Motorcycling is not inherently dangerous. It is, however, EXTREMELY unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence and stupidity!" - Anonymous
