Nice, I disagree with underseat pipes
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

I'm of two minds. On one hand I think it looks uglier than goatse, but on the other, it has a nice look to it, kinda.

Nahh, I'll stick with it being ugly.

    Oh schwing!

The R6S is probably just for the people afraid of change... But seriously, they both look minter than a minite...

wtf..?? the R6, is the number plate an after-thought or something..?
were they admiring their efforts, then scratching their chin, saying 'nah, we forgot something.. it just doesn't look finished...'

oh yeah, the fukin number plate.. Let's make it double up as a wheelie bar then..
I give it around 2 hours of ownership before that's pulled off by new owners..

    rest of it looks ok

That new R6 is the first Yamashit I've ever seen and gone, "Wow!". Lose the horrible number plate bracket and you've got yourself onw horny bike.

    Well done Yamaha.

Sorry have to have my two cents.

New R1 looks horny as ever.
Always wanted an R6 but loved the look of the R1 better. Not anymore. Dont like the exhaust but that is easily changed.
The ZX10R has gone backwardfs in look i reckon. Too jellymould. I love underseat pipes but those are ugly.
The real mystery is how come that fat bastard Hurley has never lost any weight.

    Yuss!

For all you skeptics, here's a lovely 360 degree view of the new R6! Looks sexy as hell in black...

Only thing that needs modding is the exhaust. And is it just me, or does the intake remind you of an RSV's?

Orange glowing ZX10 does it for me

Just add another bike to the growing list of "I wants". That orange ZX10 looks brill but not that keen on the rear view of those pipes. Maybe they look better in the flesh. So I guess as usual we have to wait until the end of summer for these new beauties to reach our showrooms.
Anyone notice how Honda and Kawasaki have swapped positions for 2006 models on handling characteristics. The K have gone for less front wheel lift, more weight over the front and more stability which the Fireblade excels at. Honda on the other hand go for a shorter wheelbase steeper steering and a bit less weight to make it a bit more flightly.
Looking forward to seeing these new beasts. bring on the road tests to confuse the hell out of us.
