    Building an adventure bike screen

    A number of questions have rolled into my inbox about the screen and dash on my DRZ400.

    so when are you going to put them into production?

    Thanks for the kind comments folks, I'll be doing a trial production run to see if they can be produced at a realistic price. The materials cost is not the issue, it is the labour component which runs into hours meaning the plugs and moulds have to be modified/recast to streamline the process and simplify the bracing and dash mounting. The design stage is finished so I'll be rebuilding the plugs and moulds and do the trial run once I am back from holiday mid March

    The initial design will fit the DRZ250, DRZ400 and DR650 given that they share a common headlight shroud, will keep you posted
