On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

For their purposes it's obviously close enough to being the same thing

Stupidly overpriced for a box or three of bits - check
English as a second language - check
mis-named (bit of a difference between a GB and a CB, fella) - check

Geez, I'm not sure he's capable of any language let alone English.

I'm not interested in combing over pictures but I'd bet that ready to assemble means Ready to try source a bunch of hard to find parts.

Engine has been checked over- what? By this gimboid? That might mean it isn't seized and the valve covers were removed and some cigarette paper fitted under the tappets as he'd heard that was how you Didthetiming from an uncle.

To be fair it's redeeming feature is that it doesn't look like it's been left to rot outside since the 80s.

So how much would a nice 500 be worth? 10 maybe? They weren't cute like the 400 or the 750 like the 750. If you see what I mean.

When I was reading Brit bike mags a common view was that the CB500 was a better buy than the 750. The 500s are cheaper and a nicer ride. I agree - but I'm biased.
In a spirit of generosity (or something) I'll leave that particular bargain to be snatched by somebody else.
