Nope, to me a CB500/4 should look original.

Yeah man.
I also dont really like 500/4's (or 350/4's)
I do like 550F's and 400F's a lot.

Wow. And this is a dealer.
Yes but it's been on sale for 7 years! It'd have depreciated several hundred in that period alone.
Time to drop the price, eat the loss and move on.
6 years.
Which is still pretty strange. Could it be an old listing edited for a different bike?
No. You can only edit a listing for 7 days or something after starting it. Infact if memory serves you can't change the "Make" field under any circumstance. Otherwise trademe would be missing out on some of that sweet sweet revenue from people just editing old listings.
Didn't think so.
Maybe it sold years ago and they forgot about the listing? Hard to imagine why a dealer would hold to a bike for so long if they want it sold. It makes plenty of sense in the "wife wants it gone" situations, maybe it's at the dealer on behalf.
Maybe it's the dealers own bike and it's been up for sale all the time he's owned it. Seems the price has dropped over the years.
The 7 day thing is new for classified ads, used to be 30 days. As he's a dealer he probably listed it with auto base and gets round the time limitation
