It's just possible that your occupation colours your view of it? I'd rank that as the second best ad I've seen. Bettered only by the guy who was selling a crash helmet because his wife had left him. (Long story. Long but fucking hilarious.)
It seems Triumph UK know about the ad, but it's still there. As Dangerous Bastard used to say, it has gone international. Can't help feeling that even a basic level of customer service could have avoided that.

And right there is the truth. Very much implied the shop just stuck up a finger or two to their customer. It happens that every now and then a dud is produced - not necessarily reflective of the breed just a black sheep in the flock, how the dealer/factory treats the dud dictates the owners response.
