This bike has not been to get a VIN, so is not road legal as of yet. This must be why its only 9k. It does not have tail lights, indicators,mirror on right side, chain guard or a front guard that would pass so I would be thinking road legal could include an unknown amount of monies. Likely going to need controls, switches, relays, rewire and countless other bits to comply. If this guy paid someone about 9k to have it made he didnt get a lot for his money either.

Sadly yes. Its been slated on Facebook apparently for a month. You can spend that much if you pay someone to do everything and keep every receipt. Expecting to get back everything you spent like some sort of investment, or even more tragically because you need a set amount of money is just missing the point.
