Exhibit A: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...1311957663.htm Yeah right.....
Exhibit B: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...1312128114.htm I am quite impressed with this one. The 'Customiser' had a clear vision and did it properly, unlike so many others. It features the traditional pipe wrap and brown seat, but somehow (in my eyes) turned out well above the usual standard of Caffination.

Still own an injected version of this, never going to really be a classic. A good bike but never really had a following in NZ and failed to perform in WSBK apart from a couple of brief victories.

The GT looks cute. But not 10k cute. Or 5k. And I never trust people who have done engine work unless I know them well.

And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

So the bottom end isn't like new. 2strokes don't like to sit around unused. Any degradation of the big end rod plating or the rollers will shorten the lifespan quite dramatically. My Stinger for example had a good crank for casual observation. But I knew the bike had sat outside for years. Queue full rebuild.

Well no just like it isn't sitting in a bath of oil likeva 4 stroke. The GS were indistructable for any length of time with a built up crank.
