2000 MV Agusta F4 for $20k. I guess it'll worth a bit of dollars for being one of the first F4s since after the resurrection of the company. But $20k? Perhaps in 5 years time maybe?

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

No, there's nothing classic about that bike. It will decline in value over time, like almost any other bike. $20k is outrageous now, and will become moreso as the years go by.

In 5 years time it will be worth less not more. It is still too new to appreciate in value because of ageing. Maybe in 25 years time...

5k for a nearly 30 year old never was special bike. I think it would have to be a totally different bike to even get close.

For an extra 500 you can have the exhaust.

Wait for an extra 3k you could have a new 2015 one.

neither classic nor vintage and 25% too expensive. I was offered a brand new 2015 Yamaha SR400 (EFI for $8999 on the road.

I am sort of keen on a middleweight classic runabout but at this point I may as well buy a brand new SR400.
