Who does he thinks is going to buy it? It's a mini bike. Too small for an adult. Waaay too expensive for a kids hack. Waaay too old for a serious kids racer and it never was a racer. Fail. 3hundy and it will live another life making a kid happy until they want a real bike.
that's a bit unfair, he's used genuine Suzuki nuts and bolts...!
High miles, engine knock, rusty chrome, worn pegs...
    Brakes as new

WTF am I missing? These are brand new 10995 plus ORC so a second hand one is $11k?

It says "Get in quick!" before you realise you are paying too much

    Hmm

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/moto...1361680694.htm

For once I find myself wanting more capital letters in a trademe description.

To be fair, for once it does come with all the original bits, frame hasn't been hacked etc so it could be converted back again.

What makes it worse is it's not 100% original either
OK, seller wasn't optimistic at all. It's selling, current bid $35K.

Seems a waste of an AG tank all things considered.

I saw that yesterday fools and their money are easily separated it'll become some lounge ornament or the likes.
Some mug will come down with the fate of most who get a duke and think their special.... if it is going to be ridden wait till they go looking for tires
If it was a 78 900ss or similar then maybe the price it's currently at would be realistic but for one of the rubber band brigade nah

Probably relative to how much money said 'fool' has.
Carbon Garage has a 900ss for only 27K.

I'd have one any day over any modern Ducati if nothing else just to look at.
Back in the 80's when I lived in Sydney they were just another bike really, used to see lots of them at rallies, amazing the laws of supply and demand, a set of rose tinted glasses and cashed up Baby Boomers.
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

If you get it at that you'll have to keep it....
