Why didn't he just get the cable and flash the ecu himself?
Flashy price, the bike in question claims a full system - must be a $3k jobbie? https://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/mot...1423341309.htm
Don't like it in White.
I do like the pipes on this one

He didn't mention the twin turbos. Maybe there's three?
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
I'm biased. A particular owners site I used to frequent did not like Two Brothers products at all. People who did have them complained of problems with fit and with discolouring of the carbon fibre. Although I did quite like the Two Brothers "stash" system. It converted a twin can system to a single can system, with an additional lockable fake can that could be used to carry items umm unobtrusively. Should you ever need such an arrangement.
My Speed Triple has a full system, sans cat, I was told it was six grand worth, but I didn't pay. The system on the Triumph is three into one, so could be cheaper than some twin can systems.
From memory the price I was quoted for a Termignoni full system for my Ducati was $7,500, including chip. And no, I didn't get that I just went with cans.

I'm a huge fan of 2 Strokes, but surely this is taking the piss a bit........

But it might from Australia. A mates one, erm, might have appeared in this very thread, cough, achieved right about that money. Think was Australia buyer. Beautiful bike to work on. Makes road bikes like a travesty to motorcycling so pure the implementation.
Was offered a go but the stars didn't align at the right time.

I bought an '88 TZ250U in 2004 for $1800.......was a bit of a tip, but was all there!
the 4DP 250 is probably about the right price on a worldwide scale, though NZ's probably don't see the value based upon need, but a lot of 250's went up big time in price when the Classic TT created a 250 class again.
A good spec TZ350F/G or pre beam frame TZ250H-L in the UK / Europe is that sort of money, and here to. TZ750's, well $70k is the entry point for a good one (whether early or late 35,000 gbp is common min price). Buy a cheap one and you will end up at that figure quickly to have a good one at the end. Build one and I reckon you will be 50% on top these days.....I bought a complete bike (which was $48k landed) was being raced. I then tossed chunks away and started from scratch for a full rebuild and stopped counting at $70k at which point I was mostly done, but still spending some. The fact I had to buy new cases was $10k of pain, but thankful that I could otherwise it would have been a very nice useless garage queen.
With all of them, Finding the right buyer is always key. many people won't see the value in these bikes, but there are plenty who do. Bit like Hardleys really. I don't, but many do.
