    really?

do they have, like, collector value or something?
Someone prob swallowed some wanker salesman's blurb about them being collectible, and worth millions down the track. Whilst as a new one, it will eventually be worth ok money, that's all it'll be. Unless you find someone thicker than the owner. There are certain HD models worth serious coin now, but doubt that'll ever be one. The very first Fatboy with the five yellow rings on it would be worth more than that if you had a good one now. A brand new one would be moon beams. A brand new Sturgis would be serious money too.

Been dropped I reckon. I'm struggling to see $8k of extras, full exhaust - $3 maybe, top triple clamp $500, various levers and lines $1,000.

And it is ugly as shit on ya pillow.

    Dreamer.

Says the rego has lapsed, but also that it's a 2016, and this being 2017, it would have had to come with an oddly short first license period that he never replaced even once. I'd guess the write-off idea is accurate.

(And it'll need a chain guard for the WOF.)

Could have been sold between Jan-Oct 2016 with 12 months rego.

Fuk that's one ugly piece of shit. Bulldozer it into a hole would be the best thing for it. Shitstain.
    [Edit]
Sorry I've had a couple of drinks and maybe I haven't made myself clear.
I do not like this bike.
I think the quality is low.
Aesthetically it looks like what I smeared on the toilet paper.
I would give you no money for this fuking abortion. American shit.

Well, first off it wasn't a 2016 GSXR750, even if you squinted really hard. I have one of those and if anyone wants it for $15,000 I will deliver it on Saturday.

The X was missing, but had been replaced with many big names like Ohlins and Yoshimura. Main problem appeared to be that it looked like it had recently rear ended a bus and for some unknown reason had a toaster stuck on the front of it.
