tanks four inches to short forcing the seat far to far forward rear of tank must always extend to the same length as the footpeg . (cafe law 1)
The pegs themselves look to far forward as well. Pegs generally fall in the middle of the subframe triangle (Cafe law number 2)

Real cafe racers based on featherbed frames used the swingarm pivot to mount the footpegs.
So the footpegs were basically an extension of the pivot.

Tanks exactly where Moto Guzzi put them (V7 tank on a tonti frame) The price looks well out of position though.
