    No, I think you bit.

I only know a tiny amount about them, largely folklore, and of course have never ridden one, but would love to if you were stupid enough to give me the keys. If you remember I came over to salivate over it when it was just about finished.
Don't you look at my accountant.

speaking of Vincents, I'm have a clear out of book and magazines that I don't want.

The Vincent HRD story by Roy Harper, The First Vincent Scene, Vincent Vee Twins also by Roy Harper. ( thats why Led Zep took off their hat for him)

Make me an offer, $5 and a bag of chips will get them if either Cassina or Axley turn up in person to collect.

Bought them in the 80's when I was looking at buying a British bike.

Sadly I went on to own British bikes...... one that runs and two in bits, should move them on whilst there are some cashed up Baby Boomers with rose tinted glasses left.
DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

Hmmm there is potential there. Depending on many many things, mainly the engineering ability of the builder..

If you haggled that down to $1500 and then got the mill running, you could sell the mill seperately and prob still find a sucker to pay $1500 for the trike...

I am deeply cynical of the engineering ability of the type of people that want to build such things. Especially the ones that fail to finish. You only have to look as far as the 180 tyre on 3" rim thread.

And the current fad for young men to stretch tyres on their cars - 175's on 8 inch rims, 195's on 10's etc. It gives me the shits when you can see the entire lip of the tyre exposed.

When I was a lot younger I used to go sideways at triple digit mph speeds, but I'd have been a worried boy doing that on those wheels.

They have had to issue a wheel/tyre chart a few years back for WOF reference

Yeah no doubt. Even when he kills someone.

Yep, but as a wof tester, you normally have discretion anyway. Bit like the whole car tyres on the rear of motorcycles that came up a few years back...
