Compare this for $6k asking. Pete should buy it on the offchance it is an SP (four Flatslide carbs!!!)
even stock its not bad buying. I dont actually want to own one (I am however drooling over every early tidy first gen Fireblade that comes up...) but it is a deal for somebody.

Brand new 10 year old Duc.
If your trying to sell a bike esp for top dollar this does not install conference that the bike's been served and taken care of:
"the crankcase breather hose is literally a garden hose. lol."
Just fix the problem it's not expensive. The seller obviously thinks this is a "cool fix" with the "lol" at the end of the sentence. As a buyer just reads shoddy servicing and "what else might be wrong with the bike". Not surprised the best offer was $2500. More than I would pay for it.
Anytime I have sold a bike had it serviced & cleaned before listing it.
