I know its not a bike but I happen to know a fair bit about these cars (hence my KB name) and it's not worth anyway near that kind of money.
    Yes they were rare
Yes they are a great car

    BUT

They are still a Pulsar, mostly only nutters like me are into them with the general boy racer enthusiasts going down the much more common routes.
I bought mine with similar ks for around 14k many moons ago so to ask that kind of money now for a car that's not all that desirable is crazy.
Worth 6k tops IF you can find a buyer. I actually saw one for $600 on Facebook the other day that had had a rough life and needed a tickle, should have grabbed it.
Never heard of an Autech before. I had a mate several years ago with a GTIR. Good ol' SR20!

Yeah I have driven a few GTiR's, be worth picking one up now if you want to park something in a garage and sell it in a few years time maybe? Problem is finding one that hasn't been fucked with by doof head boyracers

Autech are a tuning house for Nissan, they fiddle with the cars then get sold though Nissan Japan, my current car is also Autech tuned.

But with seats and door interior's that colour how can you possibly pass this deal of the century by?
Seriously, what the fuck were the designers thinking???

Why is it that the only virago's I ever see on trademe are the 250's?

Also, Ducatii S4 Monster, anyone ridden one before? any decent to ride? Thinking about getting one for my next project bike. (unless I find a decent cx500.)

Yeah that's the autech interior. Fucking hideous considering the effort they went to fitting it. I put seat covers on mine to limit the damage.

The gauges are seriously cool though they go from white during the day to a cool highlighted black at night. Witchcraft how it did that

This does look great, but it's only worth something if it has the 125 in it.

Don't think he'll get this in NZ. Not enough people knew what they were. And it's a shit load of money. I paid 10k for mine back in the mid 90s with same amount of Ks but less cosmetic damage.

Even nostalgia doesn't make me think it's worth that.

I especially like the handlebars and the way the gauge position makes the headlight look so integrated. . .
That's what makes it worth this much.

Much as I loved The Dukes of Hazzard as a lad, I would have thought a Dodge Charger was about $60k, not $260k!

The lister hasn't seen the most recent NZ fuel prices vs wages stats.

Perhaps Jacinda will buy it. She can certainly afford it on her huge salary.

There's few supercars I'd consider, over that one, and it's not just because they burn less fuel

Dunno about that one but some of these Mopars are in the million plus bracket.

Well I think the show set about reducing the amount of runners substantially. Must have increased the cost of making the later series.
In the final unscreened series the General Lee was replaced by a VW as there were so many cheaply available back then.

It was covered in swastikas to rebrand as there was growing resistance to the whole confederate flag thing. Bo and Luke shaved their heads and wore sturdy boots and now we're running LSD instead of Moonshine.
Sadly both were badly injured on the first Jump stunt when the VW went nose up and landed on its arse due to lack of front engine weight.

It was quickly covered up. Which is a pity as Daisy's cut offs were now past network decency standards.
Bo was most affected and took to hanging out in Dodgy biker bars dressed as a leather clad Herman Goring.

If that's the real car from the show that's here in New Zealand, it should fetch that much if even from an overseas buyer pretty easily.

If it's all standard and numbers matching its $100,000+ our money anyway.

Considering its been restored at 29k miles I would be surprised if its a matching numbets car, its hardly "original" in that paint scheme too so unless it was used in the show I doubt its worth that much.

Think of all the bikes you could buy with that much coin... Awkward boner time
