Or just learn to say No, fuk off.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.
The thing is only a couple years old, no corrosion on the motor or anywhere.

DeMyer's Laws - an argument that consists primarily of rambling quotes isn't worth bothering with.

A as seller of vehicles they simply can't. The Commerce Commission are cracking down on dealers doing this, especially online. Terms like 'as is' or 'end of life' do not allow you to contract out of the CGA. So yeah they do have to offer a warranty of sorts (not an 'extended warranty' as such but the CGA applies. You ride off and find within a reasonable time frame a wheel bearing needs doing, or the engine needs a rebuild etc they have to honour that. For how long will come down to the MV Tribunal, taking into account things such as age, kms traveled, price paid etc).
$5,000 seems eminently reasonable, there is a red one for $7,000 at Coltons, Hawera. Not really a bike for introverts, you'd stand out on that.
I hadn't even heard of Coltons until yesterday, I should ride down and have a look. Their on-line stock list isn't *that* exciting but the 'showroom' photos look interesting. One day when it isn't actually raining?
