Something for every budget? OK, there's no optimistic seller, but that Indian was an impressive beast.

Those monkey bikes are $7500!

I've seen plenty of unfinished projects, this one you can pay $3k, and it's barely started other than buying the shiny bits.....

And the rego is dead. Does that mean it will not be able to comply as does not have abs?

Nice idea taking the photo with the light shining in your eyes. Might miss what is missing, you know, like no mention of an engine or suck blow spark bits.

Again with the tieing two together. Not everyone is trying to make a one model collection or has double the money to sell one off.

He could just say 'will separate', Tardme wouldn't notice, but he says the opposite. In fact he could say, offer for either bike price 12k or whatever. One goes other stays on. I mean it's that simple.

If I was at all interested I would try and get them both for under $20k (because $11500 for a pop Kat is the definition of optimistic I dont care how tidy) and go halfzies with a mate.
I actually really like the popup Kats (and the design is far truer to Hans Muth's oiginal concept) but I couldnt ride one for more than 10 minutes without my lower back going "Yeah but nah". The original Kats are even worse because longer, lower. Absolutely an icon and cool to look at, but not for me.
I love the Team Classic Suzuki blue/white Kats too.

As ex owner of original I found it just fine for my beautifully formed body. But I was 19. Still I'm still quite flexible. Anyhoo I looked down at the popups as just a styling exercise on a detuned gsx750esd.
But I think back to the 750 and how it handled like it was on rails. Ie steered like a train. And if you pushed on into dips leant over you could feel it flex.
Mine was an ex WMCC proddy bike, but it gave you a new appreciation of those that raced them. No thanks to another.

what is it with people trying to get $6k for their $3000 (tops) motorcycles?
