annual production of RS bikes were likely around 1000 of each size.
There were from what i have seen about 8000 Ducati 851 and 888's
Husaberg production when they were in Sweden was in the hundreds per year.

we lost a lot of RC30's from the first shipment to overseas. Superbike rider Gary Goodfellow saw that they were incorrectly priced in nz and jumped in a truck and drove around nz buying every unsold one up
the CB1100R is far rarer but was not released world wide so not as sought after.

I must say, when I returned to NZ in 1997 , my sister had an RVF 400 ! What a neat little bike, too small for me in size and I do like big engines.
But using it for fangs on the Rimatukas it was great.Lovely noises from the V4.

How the hell do you bankroll that? Assuming that the truck held more than one bike, that's a big wedge of wonga and racers are usually perpetually broke even if he was earning Can/US$ or whatever.

he's a very astute business man, He owned at least one dealership in Canada, and invited Robert Holden over to race for a season.

If you want one of these, this is the one to buy.

Having said that I think his $19k is severely optimistic. The collector market (which this is priced for, sadly) is all about the (so called) K0 and "sandcast". Earlier is better for those guys - even though the F1 and F2 are functionally better motorcycles.

I have never owned an air cooled DOHC Honda though and they're still half the price....

This is not in NZ, and although optimistic, you have to admire his honesty.

    Car stuff.

I kinds want to get to C.

$1500 is not nothing in US$.

    Bike stuff.

Those later model 750s were just holding time while they launched their cars. Just before the 4 valve CBs. Which were a bit shit compared to. . . Well everything else.

Kinda cool old bike. But not the money shot model. 10k would be a nice buy if you liked that sort of thing.
