And the engine is poked too he admits.
I kinda like it. I mean, not four grand like it, but like it a bit. Maybe $2500 like it? I didnt even know there was a thing called a GN400.

But with the Mk1 eyeball it looks lie aDR650 motor would slot in there.....

Anybody seen this fucking piece of shit on TradeMe yet?

Starting bid is $48,000. Goodness knows how much he was expecting that hunk of trash to fetch.

Might as well buy a Panigale or H2 or V-rod or Vmax or literally any other top end/flag ship bike with that money than this abomination.

Google doesn't even know what a SPM Sportfighter 1000 is.

But, it does have "several handmade components". Perhaps one of them is the mirror.

I wonder what the forged wheels look like. The ones in the pics are quite clearly cast.

Indeed its nice, awhile back the old mans 79 (black n gold) came up for sale on tard me so gave him a ring...he bought the thing in Stralia new put the crate on a boat then travelled up to the northen isle picked up the crate then finished putting it together at a mates place and rode it back home, even my stepmother tried to convince him to buy it and restore the old girl but no...he said if it was the silver n blue one he had before it he would have. Can remember as a young fella parked up on the summit road whilst on an outing on my first road bike a 500/4 hearing that SS coming towards us at big speed...i am 53 years old and to this day i have never heard anything more absolutely glorious, shit that makes you go all funny and makes your spine tingle, ironically the next best sound would be a TL1000 with decent boom boxes.

Definitely not the mirrors as they are commercially available, called Rizoma Senso.
Hand grips are Rizoma off the shelf units too.
The exhaust looks handmade.....by a blind person.

Googled Specialmotorcycle Ltd in Bologna, no result.
On the logo on picture 12 on TM there is a webaddress "Specialmotorcycle.com". That domain name is available.

I asked him about a warranty on the Rizoma 1000. Will be interested to see if it has one.

And the good luck charm from the friend?

The handling will of course be flawless, you aren't taking that thing further than the end of the drive and back. All in a straight line.
