Best part of this one is reading the Q&A, wonder if he's starting to think he got ripped when he purchased it as apparently the mods were done by someone else

$6k is a piss take. And if he was charged $7.5k for the mods I'm quitting my job and starting a bike building shop.

I remember the midnight specials - pretty cool in the day. Sadly that's a average example before the modifications.

Tempted to start asking him questions ....

Like - why replace the forks, were they bent?

There is no advantage to the replacement forks on that bike, why not USD them? Thus the originals were probably bent ...

$5k overhaul with tyres. I think the meth may have been stashed in the tyres.

    Check out these two.

The first is a pretty tidy example and priced well

Given Crosby wants $44k for this $14 for the mostly original one is probably good.

I'd rather buy the new retro version get Dr Robert to do the suspension both ends and save mega bucks. That's one for the careless rich.

Oh yep. Sorry, thought you may've just been referring to 250 gp bikes in gen. As cool as TZ's are, I def think the build qual of RS's is that lil bit better/nicer. Fucking Honda.
