I sold my one for $1200 But it was considerably newer back then and standard bar the dumbarse holes an 18yr old drilled in the airbox. Yeah I get they go up in value, but like it wasn't a particularly good bike.
Way too heavy for a skinny kid when I took it near the dirt. Felt grunty around the suburbs, but Asthmatic on the motorway. Brakes? well. . .

if you have the cash, I could hook you up with Trevor Nation's TTF1 Harris (Harris built copy of the TTF2 with which was fitted with a Rising rate rear suspension), RG forks, Dymags, including 16 inch front. Is in a friends shed in the UK and nearly finished a rebuild.....
Not bad for a 4 stroke.,
From what I read the other day the Harris and another builder that I can't recall plus the better known and sought after VERLICCH were all official suppliers of official F1 and F2 frames.
Not sure if its true but I understood Ducati have not made frames for a long long time. bevel at least.
F1 engineering and Stu Whyte (not sure re spelling) used to build copies here
I don't have that kind of cash but the F1 was a bridge to far and never really completive was it?
But Who has the NZ BMS "streetfighter" version.

"..and hasn't been spruced up just to sell."
Apparently sprucing up means washing the dirt off to make it more attractive to potential buyers.
