Never, but that is a totally different situation. There's hundreds of examples of people selling two (or more) of the same items on trademe, from record players, cameras, stereos, furniture, books, CD's...

None of the places that initially sold these in a retail environment sold them as a package deal (with the exception of special offers), why can't someone that has two or more of something decide to sell those items together? I get that you can't understand why, but in life you'll struggle to ever know the why's of everything.
