Nah. I built something similar to commute on back in the 80's. RM370 chassis with a GS400 twin inserted. The commute was ChCh to Lyttelton and a trailiie gave the option of tunnel or over the hill - including using the Bridle Path a few times for laughs.
The 400 was probably gruntier than that Triumph. It was a genuine 100mph trail bike.
