    Riders should wear earplugs anyway, even the quietest helmets exceed 90db. That's enough to damage your hearing if you're subjected to it for long periods.

    Good for you Mr poos. Hope it serves as well as mine has. Get some ear plugs too. Bet your bike will sound bewdiful again.

    I've got one of those and didn't consider it *that* quiet. I do wear plugs when out of town but haven't added the extra bits around the bottom of the helmet as I can't hear the engine anyway. The latter probably partly because I'm going deaf but also because I still have the standard mufflers fitted.

    When it comes to buying a lid, i am firm beliver in the church of 'money should be no object', safety first then comfort lastly looks. i've used arai for ever and they are the biz, shoei are great. but won't fit every shape head. Try 'em on, its the only answer.

    yellow and black lookin one...looks similar to ""ED's" at kr...

    Got the whisper kit in the mail today....easy to fit....and shit it makes a big difference....I'm binning the earplugs....no need for them!!!!!
