    Support Norton Commando clutch plates?

    My clutch height is too low and looking to raise it a touch, the common fix is a plain steel plate added at the rear of the pack to get the diaphragm to work, much like when you bend a metal tape measure.
    Anyone got a used I can test the theory out on?

    Got some that have been turned down a few mm on the O.D. to fit the belt drive clutch hub I made for the Matchless. Your'e welcome to use one.

    Oh hang on they may be no good to you in that case

    Ground the tabs off an old Triumph one just to test the theory, stack height now correct and clutch action as it should be. Was looking at a new Barnett set of friction plates for less than a hundy on Ebay but might go with the single steel.
