Most. I don't know that many losers.

A lot of modern vehicles are more effiecient running the air con than opening a wind sock in the side of it.

    Meanwhile working in roof cavities

    Bloody 57 degrees yesterday!

Luckily I only spend between 10-40 minutes in that heat at a time, and I can wear shorts and tshirt.

Get something decent to wear under the leathers during summer in NZ. = Sorted!

The tarsnakes... THAT is a different matter entirely...

Sorry, I am on Daves side

Why would anyone not have operational aircon in their car, and if they did, then not use it when it was hot??

    You could always try this:

    http://www.stuff.co.nz/the-press/new...t-cooling-down

Short story: guy pulled over by cop for riding is scooter with his pants around his ankles and his reason was "he was cooling them off"... Cop was desperate to un-see the image of this guy's big white backside!

    One option

Have seen them advertised at Cycletreads (I think), but not seen in the flesh; a "foam" type garment that just covers the shoulder area that you soak in water (then dry off) and your heat evaporates the water making you cooler. Supposedly does not drip water or leave a mark.

Anyone got one or tried it? Lots of options for this sort of thing in the US market, but in NZ our options are pretty limited.

I have working aircon, use it all the time. Never open windows anymore after paying a small fortune to fix electric window motor!!!

It did breakdown on another car I had and never fixed it though, can get expensive. VTNZ guy went mental when he saw the mangled belt lol...

As for keeping cool on bike, stop obeying the speed limit lol... might be prob in city traffic though.
Are you keeping hydrated, having a cool drink of water before you hit the road?
