I laughed at the Sons Hoody comment..

Surely you mean anyone regardless of their colour creed or ethnicity can live outside the gates, if they chose to.

Basically, people who just act like normal citizens of New Zealand, and not demanding extra, because of race or creed.
But as for the "I want millions of dollars in land settlements, paid by the taxpayer" people, they can go live there, in the Uruweras, instead of screwing everyone else.
