how do you know it has fuel?

take the plug out pour some gas down the bore kick it a few times to gets a bit of the gas out put the plug back in and try kick start it ...if it fires and runs then dies you still have a fuel supply problem

Assume you have top compression, but remember 2 strokes need bottom compression as well. What are your crank seals like. If they're shot you can kick until your foot falls off and it won't run

    Story

The story as i can see. The bike had a problem after replacing one of the powervalves which broke in half pf not wanting to rev out past 6000RPM. I moved to Wanaka for a while and did not take the bike with me as i could not sort the prob at the time. Have just recently got back, have checked the valves are opening correctly, and have also checked the top end of the motor. Now that the bike is back together i got 8 litres of 96 and put it in the tank and have been trying to kick it over. There is fuel coming through to the plugs, not what i would call a great amount, there is also spark at the plugs. I have just put a new battery in, have tryed to different sets of plugs, i have also just replaced plug caps as one of the old ones was broken, the guy at shop said it was the right ones for the job. So that is the story so far, any help would be great.
